"Says free estimate just for him to say the diagnostic is $185 i ended up paying $270 for him to replace 1 outlet that was burnt out. I dont think it was worth it an would of chose another company. I gave 3 stars for over pricing. Had the same issue about 2 years ago free estimate and the outlet was $70 to replace. Initially he said $420 to replace up to 2 sockets and run a line in the wall. I think a price list would make customers feel more secure about what their paying for instead of throwing out numbers just because you see a woman. He was nice otherwise and got the job done"

I called and Joel came out within 1 day, identified the issue and was able to explain what had happened in full detail and what the other company did wrong. He was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time needed to go over everything and fix the problem. A really great electrician and guy! I definitely recommend SurePoint Electric."
